UPDATE: (December 10, 2025): Channel-Port aux Basques RCMP advises that the stolen Ford F150 pickup truck that police had been searching for was recovered the RNC yesterday (December 9) in Corner Brook. The vehicle has been seized as part of the ongoing criminal investigation and will be examined for possible forensic evidence.
EARLIER STORY: RCMP are looking for the public’s help in finding a stolen truck from the Port aux Basques area connected to the use of a credit card in Corner Brook. RCMP Cpl Jesse O’Donaghey says the pickup was taken from outside a home in the Codroy Valley and last seen by the owner on Friday (December 5th). Police believe the suspect is a white woman in her early 30s.The owner reported that a cell phone and credit card were inside the truck. The credit card has since been used at several locations around the city of Corner Brook. Police are looking for any information relating to this incident.
