    Police are looking for a missing 28-year-old St. John's man

    He is described to be about five feet and eight inches tall, slim build, with blue eyes.

    St. John’s RNC are looking for missing 28-year-old Jesse BUTT-CARTER. Police say BUTT-CARTER was last seen on October 13th in the west-end of St. John’s. He is described to be about five feet and eight inches tall, slim build, with blue eyes. There is currently no clothing description available.
