Nigel Noel won “Minor Player of the year.”

Baseball NL held their Annual General Meeting this past weekend and for the second year in a row, the Pasadena Pirates walked away with the award for “Grassroots Team of the Year.” Coach Greg Whalen says things have been going really well for baseball in the west coast community. He says the reason the organization has really taken off during the past couple of years is due to the backing of the town, volunteers, and parents. Nigel Noel won “Minor Player of the year.” The Pasadena Pirates are two time provincial, as well as Atlantic Champions.
