Part time instructors at Grenfell Campus and MUN avoid a strike, a tentative deal has been reached

    Details will not be released until it has been ratified by the membership.

    Part time, per course instructors at Grenfell Campus and MUN have reached a tentative deal with the employer. Picket lines were set for today after the union set Sunday midnight as the deadline. The Lecturer’s Union of Memorial University, or LUMUN, met with the university late into last night to negotiate the deal. Details will not be released until it has been ratified by the membership.
