The focus for RCMP this Thanksgiving long weekend is impaired, distracted and aggressive driving as well as seatbelt use. Cpl Jesse O’Donaghey says these are the four most significant factors of serious and fatal collisions. Operation Impact is an annual public safety initiative which aims to increase road safety.
