A supervisor and Newfoundland and Labrador Hydro have been charged after a fatal accident that happened in Holyrood during in August 2023 in Holyrood. This includes failure to ensure the health, safety and welfare of all workers under their supervision, and the company is facing nine other charges. Both are due to appear in St. John’s court August 21st.
