Mt. Moriah residents still have to boil their drinking water

    Corner Brook Mayor Jim Parsons says this is part of the Deer Gulch project taking place on O’Connell Drive and it takes time to test the water and get results back.

    A precautionary boil water advisory that was issued last Thursday now only includes Mt. Moriah and this will be until further notice. The West Side of Corner Brook, all of Curling and Mt. Moriah was told to boil their drinking water. Corner Brook Mayor Jim Parsons says this is part of the Deer Gulch project taking place on O’Connell Drive and it takes time to test the water and get results back. He says the  Deep Gulch project is getting ready to move into full swing.
