Richard Cormier says people come to Marble Mountain for the west coast experience.

According to Marble Mountain Manager, Richard Cormier, conditions on the hill are some of the best in North America. On Bayfm with Lenny Benoit, he says there is a lot of snow. He says conditions are fantastic but not in other places like down in the United States in Colorado where there isn’t any snow.

Cormier says there are people coming from far away, as well as Nova Scotia and Ontario, and it’s good to be back to where they are supposed to be. He says the Powerade Competition started this past weekend and Series 2 will take place this Saturday afternoon. Cormier says people come to Marble Mountain for the west coast experience; it’s more than just the ski package or snowmobile package, it’s the people they meet like tour operators, local businesses, and people on the hill that have been there for 30 years and have many stories to tell.
