A 36 year old man appeared in court yesterday after another man was sent to hospital in Corner Brook, the victim of a gunshot wound. Police found a man with a gunshot wound and he was taken to hospital but his injury is not believed to be life threatening. Scott King was arrested early yesterday morning. King has been charged with assault causing bodily harm, assault with a weapon, aggravated assault, careless use of a firearm, possession of a firearm for a dangerous purpose, pointing a firearm, using a firearm in the commission of an offence, and breaking and entering.
