RCMP have charged a 33-year-old man with impaired driving after allegedly driving a vehicle in the town of Stephenville, without a front tire. Around 3:30 in the afternoon, police received multiple reports about it and found the vehicle in the Stephenville Mall parking lot. It was missing the front tire.
