There’s a virtual opportunity tomorrow night for those interested in having a say about what should be included in the city of Corner Brook’s development plan to guide the next ten years. Started in 2021, the city the City of Corner initiated the document, Corner Brook: Planning Together. The consultant UPLAND Planning + Design Studio will review and update Integrated Municipal Sustainability Plan and Development Regulations. Mayor Jim Parsons says they had limited attendance last week at a couple of sessions and tomorrow night anyone can log on to take part virtually. This is preliminary and the draft will be reviewed followed by a formal process. He says this document will help shape the future by establishing the rules and regulations for buildings and types of development.
