Police say two young men ran into the hotel lobby after being chased by two older men. One of them allegedly cut the victim’s forehead with a knife.
Corner Brook RNC are looking for video footage after a 19-year old man was taken to hospital with injuries from a knife last night. Police were called to a fight at the Greenwood Inn shortly before 11:30 last night. Cst James Cadigan says when police got to the West Street location they found the victim being treated by paramedics. He says the investigation is still ongoing and they are looking for anyone who might have video footage from last night from city hall up to the hotel from 10-11pm last night. One of them allegedly cut the victim’s forehead with a knife, and then both suspects fled on foot but not before one of them punched and broke the glass of the main entry.
