Kevin Fagan has been appointed as Chairperson of the Board of Commissioners of Public Utilities (PUB). The appointment is for a seven-year term, effective immediately. The PUB regulates gas prices, electric utilities to ensure reasonable rates and a safe and reliable service, as well as automobile insurance rates.
