    Jason Benoit walks away with 2 awards from Music NL

    He won Indigenous Artist of the year and the Fan’s Choice Entertainer of the Year award.

    Jason Benoit walked away from this weekend’s Music NLawards with two awards. He won Indigenous Artist of the year and the Fan’s Choice Entertainer of the Year award. Benoit says he was shocked and didn’t expect it. He was recently nominated for a CCMA award, namely Alternative Album of the Year. benoit says he’s currently working on another album, which should be released by June of next year. Tune into Bayfm’s “That’s Country” every Saturday night at 9 with Jason Benoit.
