Impaired driver charged in Deer Lake Saturday afternoon

    He failed a roadside breath test and again at the detachment, where he was released from custody and is due to appear in court during April.

    RCMP on patrol in Deer Lake charged a 21-year-old man Saturday afternoon with impaired driving. This after pulling him over for snow on the windshields and an expired registration. He failed a roadside breath test and again at the detachment, where he was released from custody and is due to appear in court during April. His vehicle was impounded and his driver’s licence was suspended.
