Impaired driver caught Tuesday morning in Stephenville

    Police say the driver failed a roadside breath test and blew above the legal limit at the detachment.

    A 58-year-old man is facing an impaired driving charge after police pulled him over in Stephenville Tuesday morning. RCMP noticed a vehicle travelling in an erratic manner around 10:15 a.m. Police say the driver failed a roadside breath test and blew above the legal limit at the detachment. His license was suspended and vehicle seized and impounded.
