Four impaired drivers were stopped by RCMP throughout the province this past weekend including one Bay St. George. On Sunday just after 7:45 p.m., police responded to a driver who was unconscious in his vehicle outside a Port au Port business. The 32-year-old man was taken to hospital, treated and released. He was charged with impaired operation and given a ticket for a suspended license. Police seized and impounded the vehicle and the man is due to appear in court during August.
