Through their flagship Green Team Program, each summer the corps employs approximately 100 youth across all regions of the province. Green Teams conduct events, presentations and hands-on learning opportunities in their communities with a goal of fostering environmental and cultural literacy, and an emphasis on enhancing youth participation and interest in climate change.
