The Community Mental Health Initiative Inc. is getting $50,000 to assist with the development of 12 affordable units as part of a joint effort with the Corner Brook Status of Women Council. Fifteen projects to date have been funded to plan and pre-develop affordable housing projects. Funding is still available, and groups interested in applying can visit the Community Housing Transformation Centre’s website.
