It’s been a popular event in the Curling area of Corner Brook for three years now and on Sunday, the annual “Friends of Jackie Concert,” will take place at Bartlett’s Point. Jackie’s brother, Bill Griffin, dropped into the Bayfm station for a chat with Lenny Benoit about the event. He says Jackie was “unforgettable” and people loved her. There are eight members in the “Griffins and Friends” band ready to play. Griffin says this event is also a fundraiser for the Foodbank..
