St.John’s RNC have charged two people with multiple firearms offences. Police tried to stop a vehicle in the Livingstone Street area on July 26th. As a result, on Tuesday 46-year-old Dale Whalen and 36-year-old Jaclyn Manning are now facing 14 firearms charges.
