Female Baseball Day at Jubilee Field in Corner Brook tomorrow; come out and try baseball

    Saturday’s event at Jubilee Field will take place from 1-4 and kids are invited to drop by and try baseball with a chance at winning a prize.

    There will be a couple of opportunities in Corner Brook during the next two weekends for people to try their hand at baseball. This Saturday, ( June 14) from 1-4 p.m. at Jubilee Field will be Female Baseball Day. Join the Corner Brook Female Barons for a day of fun, treats and prizes. Jason Mosher is the president of the Corner Brook Baseball Association. He’s been involved since his 20 year old daughter was only nine. 

    Saturday’s event at Jubilee Field will take place from 1-4 and kids are invited to drop by and try baseball with a chance at winning a prize. Mosher says next weekend  on Saturday June 21st, there will be a “Come and Try Baseball” event on the field.

    Coach Soto has been in Corner Brook for three seasons now and says there is a lot of young talent here. For more information go to cbbaseball.ca
