After 33 years of practicing in Deer Lake, Dr. Terry Maher is retiring in December. In a notice sent out to patients this week, Maher says while he is looking forward to this new chapter, he remains committed that his patients continue to receive quality health care and has filed a notice looking for a doctor to take over. In the meantime, he’s been working closely with the Humber Valley-White Bay Family Care Time to prepare for the transition of patients.
