A 49-year-old man was caught driving an uninsured ATV in Deer Lake last week and he also had a suspended license. RCMP Cpl Jesse O’Donaghey says police stopped the operator around 1 o’clock Wednesday afternoon at the intersection of Gate House Road and Main Street. As well, the vehicle registration had not yet been transferred since the sale. The man was handed tickets under both the Off-Road Vehicles and Highway Traffic Acts. The ATV was seized by police.
