Dave Elms of Corner Brook and 6 others will receive the Order of Newfoundland during an investiture ceremony in St. John’s tomorrow. Lieutenant Governor of Newfoundland and Labrador and Chancellor of the Order of Newfoundland and Labrador, Judy Foote, will be joined by Premier Andrew Furey at Government House for the ceremony which starts at 11 a.m.
