The broadcasting license will be in effect from 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2030.

Seven is a lucky number. The Canadian Radio Television and Telecommunications Commission has renewed the broadcasting license for CKVB-FM in Corner Brook, better known as BayFM. Our license has been renewed and it is good for the next 7 years. Board chair Kody Gardner says this news is very reassuring with all the recent changes. He says 7 years is the typical term for a license. Gardner says anyone can comment on licensing and everything was positive. The broadcasting license will be in effect from 1 September 2023 to 31 August 2030.
