Cst James Cadigan says on Monday (Dec. 9), shortly after 10 p.m., police responded to a report of a theft that had just occurred at a business on Mill Road. The pair had fled in a vehicle after taking merchandise. Approximately 10 minutes later, the RNC received a report of another theft from a business on Murphy Square. Responding officers determined that it was the same male and a female involved, and they had once again left the area in a vehicle.
