The city of Corner Brook has approved a bid for the replacement of a 30-Ton Water-to-Water Heat Pump at $113, 275. At this week’s public meeting, deputy Mayor Linda Chaisson says this will replace the current unit at city hall. Councillor Charles Pender asked how many heat pumps have been replaced to date. The city’s Director of Engineering Donny Burden says this will be the third and there maybe more. This infrastructure is about 15 years old.
