The 14th Annual Winter Carnival Chili Fiesta takes place tomorrow at the Corner Brook Civic Centre meeting rooms. Local chefs have been preparing a wide variety of chili for your judging pleasure. It takes place from noon until 1 p.m. On Bayfm with Lenny Benoit, Mayor Jim Parsons says his chili is so hot, it’s making the temperature rise.
