On election day, the City will be providing free transit using the accessible bus. Residents who wish to use this service can call 709-639-7287 to request a ride. This service will be available to all residents from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and will take riders from their homes to their designated polling stations. Priority will be given throughout the day to accessible transit users, and timelines will be based on demand. There will also be mobile polls to seniors' homes as well as long term care and the Western Regional Memorial Hospital.
