    Corner Brook Silver Blades figure skater Savannah Burden talks about show prep for this weekend

    Burden started with CanSkate at the age of three and has been performing in ice shows for 15 shows.

    The Corner Brook Silver Blades Figures Skating Club is sharpening the blades for their annual ice show this weekend. World and Canadian Champion figure skater Kaetlyn Osmond will be there when the show gets underway 7 o’clock Saturday night at the Civic Centre. Club skater Savannah Burden says she had the opportunity to meet with Kaetlyn many times and will never forget those meetings. Burden started with CanSkate at the age of three and has been performing in ice shows for 15 shows. She says everyone is ready for the show and getting excited. Burden’s favourite skating move is the double flip.
