The Corner Brook Royals are lacing up and ready to start the next hockey season. They’ll head out on the road November 3rd and 4th for two home openers in the Central West Senior Hockey League , first in Deer Lake and the next night in Stephenville. Royals PR Andrew Stagg and player Tommy Ryan dropped into the Bayfm studio for a chat with Lenny Benoit this morning. Stagg says the team is ready to go and they plan to play 18 games this season with 9 at home. Ticket prices will remain the same. They plan on releasing a schedule this week and information on holding seats soon. Player Tommy Ryan says they have a bigger and faster team this year. On November 10th, the Corner Brook Royals will take to the ice for their own home opener.
