The City of Corner Brook is looking to develop land on Lundrigan Drive. Eight parcels are up for sale for suitable development in order to accommodate growth within the City. These properties are in the Lundrigan Drive Industrial Park and the City is interested in developments for these properties that fits with its current General Industrial zoning. Proposals must be submitted to the City Clerk’s office in the 2nd floor of City Hall at 5 Park Street up to 12:00 noon local time on August 21st.

- Lot 31 Lundrigan Drive
- Lot 39 Lundrigan Drive

- Lot 62 Lundrigan Drive
