Corner Brook approves inclusion of Bay of Islands Yacht Club to the atv route

    Mayor Jim Parsons says this will connect the current designated route of Petries Street to Pikes Avenue, and Connors Road to Bartletts Avenue.

    The city of Corner Brook is looking at adding more streets to the list that All Terrain Vehicles can legally operate during the season. At last night’s meeting, council approved an amendment to include the Bay of Islands Yacht Club. Mayor Jim Parsons says this will connect the current designated route of Petries Street to Pikes Avenue, and Connors Road to Bartletts Avenue. The City conducted public consultation on this motion and received no comments.
