The 129-page report involved thousands of hours of interviews, outlined serious findings of misconduct. It recommended the reinstatement of Short, which was due to happen by June 30th. Organ was ordered to take a leave until his retirement in October but that he is still there at the church. Bishop Organ has not returned any requests for a phone interview with Bayfm News.
