Mayor Jim Parsons says “Rodney had only been here in Corner Brook for five years, but he built a large social network, particularly through the hockey community.”
It is with great sadness that the City of Corner Brook acknowledges the sudden passing of City Manager, Rodney Cumby this past weekend. Out of respect, last night’s regular council meeting was postponed. Mayor Jim Parsons says “Rodney had only been here in Corner Brook for five years, but he built a large social network, particularly through the hockey community.” Our condolences to Rodney Cumby’s family and friends.
