The over $3M project has so far accumulated over $324K in change orders.
It may be finished at this point, but the cost of the Deep Gulch project in Corner Brook continues to rise. The intersection of O’Connell Drive and University Avenue had been a site of traffic delays and road closures for the summer and into the fall. A large culvert had to be installed but the existing deteriorated culvert had to be left in place. At this week’s public meeting, council approved nearly $50K for the project. The over $3M project has so far accumulated over $324K in change orders.
