RCMP say they were taken to hospital in Clarenville to be treated for minor injuries.
A bus carrying a number of high school students from Pasadena were returning from a school trip when a three-vehicle collision happened on Friday, May 23rd. RCMP say they were taken to hospital in Clarenville to be treated for minor injuries. Students and teachers were then taken to Clarenville High School for temporary lodging and were further accommodated overnight by Wave Hotel.
Police say Friday afternoon, a small car that was traveling eastbound on the TCH turned left at an intersection and collided with the bus. The car then struck a SUV that was occupied by an adult and two children. The highway was closed for about an hour.
