Shawn Leamon says they’ve seen upwards of 260 cms of snow at the trails so far compared to 120 cms for last year.
Blow Me Down Ski Trails in Corner Brook just hosted a Provincial Biathlon Competition. Shawn Leamon joined Bayfm’s Lenny Benoit in studio and says it’s been awhile for something like this. He says they’ve seen upwards of 260 cms of snow at the trails so far compared to 120 cms for last year. Conditions on the trails are the best they’ve been in a while and a lot of people are coming back. Leamon says it’s a great chance for exercise, even at night with 6.5 kms of lit trails, which is welcomed by those who work during the day. Blow Me Down Trails also has a new app so members can check out the latest grooming activity.
