Clarke says while the city has a number of businesses providing pizza options, there’s always room for more “deliciousness.” She says this franchise is very recognized in Ontario, probably in the top three, and the buyer came here last year on vacation. That’s when they decided they wanted to bring something new to Corner Brook. Clarke says the buyer is ready to start immediately but depending on the location, some renovation time may be needed.
