One of the jurors said, "A truly touching tribute with remarkable reach and an excellent summary of the impact."

It’s rather special to receive an award but to win it two years in a row is simply amazing. BayFM, your community radio station has won the 2025 Community Radio Awards in Broadcast and Online (CRABO) for Community Engagement.

BayFM was selected the winner in all of Canada for the Tribute to Dave McHugh last November. One of the jurors said, "A truly touching tribute with remarkable reach and an excellent summary of the impact. This is a fine example of the intimate connections community radio plays an important role in fostering."

The Awards were presented this past weekend in Nanaimo, B.C.
