The theme of this year’s conference is Strong Minds, Strong Bodies, Strong Women, acknowledging and celebrating the importance of mental and physical wellness in law enforcement.
Police in this province are hosting the 2025 Atlantic Women in Law Enforcement Conference, taking place in St.. John’s until November 7th. Since 1992, this event has been an annual forum for attendees to learn, connect and develop strong inter-agency networks. The theme of this year’s conference is Strong Minds, Strong Bodies, Strong Women, acknowledging and celebrating the importance of mental and physical wellness in law enforcement. The conference kicks off this afternoon at the Sheraton Hotel with speakers including the RNC’s Cst Jennifer Clarke, President of Atlantic Women in Law Enforcement, as well as Co-chairs, Sergeant Kristen Green of the RCMP and Constable Kim Oates of the RNC.
