Applications to vote by mail in the upcoming provincial election are now being accepted

    Any resident who is 18 years of age or older by Election Day, which is October 14th, can apply to vote by mail by going to register.elections.gov.nl.ca

    Residents can now apply to vote by mail in the upcoming provincial election. Any resident who is 18 years of age or older by Election Day, which is October 14th, can apply to vote by mail by going to register.elections.gov.nl.ca Nominations close on Tuesday, September 23rd at 2:00 p.m., after which time voting kits will be mailed out. The deadline to request a Special Ballot Vote-By-Mail kit is Thursday, October 2nd. Once an application and kit has been processed, the voter can no longer vote at advanced or regular polls.
