Applications are now open for the Seniors' Social Inclusion Initiative

    This provides 50-plus clubs and other eligible organizations funding of up to $2,000 for activities and programs that support healthy aging, mental wellness, social inclusion, and overall well-being; or up to $3,000 for intergenerational projects and activities focusing on fostering respect and understanding across generations.

    Government has opened applications for the 2024-2025 Seniors’ Social Inclusion Initiative. This program aims to create a more inclusive and age-friendly Newfoundland and Labrador. The Seniors Social Inclusion Initiative provides 50-plus clubs and other eligible organizations funding of up to $2,000 for activities and programs that support healthy aging, mental wellness, social inclusion, and overall well-being; or up to $3,000 for intergenerational projects and activities focusing on fostering respect and understanding across generations. The deadline to apply is Monday, April 1st
