As well, potential effects of the project on the marine environment need to be highlighted, including ecological interactions. The assessment must also include measures that will be taken to mitigate adverse environmental effects and monitoring for aquaculture escapees in Bay Management areas. The public will be invited to provide comment on the draft guidelines.
