AAHP and government ratify a new four year collective agreement

    The agreement includes a two percent wage increase each year, a one time bonus payment of $2000, competitive wage recognition, compensation improvements, and the addition of paid family violence leave.

    The Association of Allied Health Professionals (AAHP) has ratified a new collective agreement with the province. The vote was over 88% in favour of the new four year agreement which includes a two percent wage increase each year, a one time bonus payment of $2000, competitive wage recognition, compensation improvements, and the addition of paid family violence leave. AAHP represents over 750 vital health care professionals working in all areas of the health care system in this province.
