A 67-year-old man is facing an impaired driving charge after being stopped in Stephenville on Saturday. RCMP stopped the driver on Prince Rupert Drive around 3:20 a.m. and the man failed a roadside test. At the detachment, his breath sample was above the legal limit. The man’s license was suspended and the vehicle was seized and impounded. He was released, and is due in court September 25th.
