Just before 11:30 p.m., a man matching a description was located in the West Valley Road and Elford Avenue area with a long barrel BB gun, pellets, and a hunting-style knife. Major has been charged with assault with a weapon, possession of weapon for dangerous purpose, pointing a firearm and using an imitation firearm while committing an offence.
