Special Event (1:30 PM - 3 PM): A Time for Health: Celebrating Community, Connection & Culture
Enjoy live music, hear from special guests including Dr. Sean Connors and Dr. Parfrey, and taste some delicious local food provided by Pollen Nation Farm.

You need to register for the special event from 1:30 PM to 3 PM. Register soon to save your spot! You can register online here https://cscnl.ca/time-for-health-registration-cb/ or call (709) 753-9860 and ask for Elaine, Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 12 PM.
12 PM - 5 PM: Drop in anytime to discover free programs and services for all ages! This family-friendly event is FREE and open to everyone.
