Premier Tony Wakeham is set to make another affordability measures announcement today and this one has to do with seniors. He’ll be joined by Finance and Seniors Minister Craig Pardy. Other affordabilty measures announcements have included a15 percent cut to power bills coming in January, a double home heating rebate, and zero tax on fuel for four months to start in December. Today’s announcement will take place at 11:30 and will be livestreamed on the GovNL YouTube channel.
